1. Who we are

Credit Correct provides fixed-scope UK data removal, credit file restoration, CCJ resolution and CIFAS resolution services. Contact us at hello@creditcorrect.co.uk.

2. Services and prices

Data Removal £99, CCJ Removal £499, CIFAS Removal £699, Credit File Restoration £499, CCJ + CIFAS £999 and Complete (Data + CCJ + CIFAS) £1,199. Additional CCJ £399, additional CIFAS marker £499. Prices are fixed in GBP and include all applicable fees, with no hourly charges.

Data Removal covers one individual and the agreed data sources, with follow-up.

Credit File Restoration covers a full Experian, Equifax and TransUnion audit, identification of incorrect or adverse information, dispute and correction preparation, eligible-entry challenges, response tracking, a personalised rebuilding plan and a final credit-file review.

3. Eligibility and credit files

CCJ, CIFAS and Credit File Restoration work depends on the facts and evidence in your case. We review every case before work begins and only accept work we determine is eligible for the relevant process.

Credit agencies, lenders and other information providers control when their records update.

4. Your responsibilities

You must give accurate information and only submit details about yourself, or someone you are legally authorised to act for.

5. Payment

Payment is by UK bank transfer or cryptocurrency. Work starts once payment is confirmed. Cryptocurrency is offered as a privacy-focused option; it is not anonymous.

6. Cancellations and refunds

See our Refund Policy. If we cannot take your case after review, you receive a full refund.

7. Liability

We act with reasonable skill and care. Decisions by courts, Registry Trust, CIFAS members and third-party websites are theirs to make. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
