Every request we take on is pursued until it's done. What we can't promise is a date.

What is covered
- Every removal request we take on for your plan is guaranteed. If we list a source in your tracker, we pursue it until the listing is removed.
- This covers data brokers, people-search sites, public directories and the other supported sources included in your plan, plus any add-ons you purchased.
- During your monitoring period, if a removed listing reappears, we pursue its removal again at no extra cost.

What is not covered
- Information you choose to keep public, such as your own social profiles or websites.
- Records outside your plan's supported sources or monitoring period.
- Official records that a government or court is legally required to publish. Where these apply, we'll tell you plainly and explain any options available.

How long removal can take
- Removal is guaranteed, but it isn't instant. Timing depends on each source.
- Many sources act within 1–4 weeks. Some take 30–90 days. A few require escalation, which can take longer.
- A request that is still in progress hasn't failed — it hasn't finished yet. You can follow each one in your status tracker.

If a listing is still visible
- First, check its stage in your tracker. Listings marked Removed are still being verified, and search engines can show cached copies for a few weeks.
- If a listing marked Removal verified is still visible, or you've found one we haven't listed, email us with your order reference and the link. Please don't send passwords or ID documents.
- We'll review it, add it to your tracker, and pursue removal again. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
