Refund Policy

1. If we cannot take your case
We review every case within one working day of payment. If it is not eligible, you receive a full refund.
2. Credit File Restoration eligibility
If we decide before work begins that your Credit File Restoration case is not eligible, you receive a full refund.
3. Cancelling before work starts
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before we begin work on your case.
4. After work has started
If you cancel after work has begun, we refund the value of work not yet carried out. Court fees or third-party costs already paid on your behalf are not refundable.
5. How refunds are paid
Bank transfer payments are refunded to the paying account. Crypto payments are refunded to an address you provide, at the GBP value you paid.
6. Timing
Refunds are sent within 14 days of being agreed.
