1. What we collect

Your name, previous names, locations, email address, the sources or records you want dealt with, and any documents you upload.

2. Why we use it

Only to carry out the service you ordered, keep you updated and meet legal obligations. The lawful basis is performance of a contract.

3. Who we share it with

Only the organisations needed to complete your case, such as data brokers, the County Court, Registry Trust or the CIFAS member that filed a marker. We never sell your data.

4. No accounts, no tracking

You do not need an account. Your case is accessed with a reference and a private access code. We do not use advertising trackers.

5. How long we keep it

Uploaded documents are stored privately and deleted automatically after 12 months. Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Email hello@creditcorrect.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
